Shipping Policy

Pine Barrens Botanicals ships products throughout the United States. Shipping availability, methods, and timing may vary by product, season, weather, destination, and applicable agricultural requirements.

$100 minimum order. Orders under $100 are not accepted. The minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal before shipping and taxes; you may mix species and quantities to reach it.

Processing and Fulfillment

In-stock items are prepared for shipment as promptly as practical. Live plants may be held briefly when severe heat, cold, storms, or other conditions could create an unreasonable risk in transit.

Preorders

Fall preorder products begin shipping in mid-October 2026. Exact timing may change based on weather, plant readiness, growing conditions, and destination. Full payment is collected when a preorder is placed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout or on the applicable product page unless a listing specifically states that shipping is included.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier transit and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Live Plant Shipments

We carefully package live plants for transit. Please inspect plant material soon after delivery. If an order arrives damaged, dead, or in clearly declining condition, contact us with photos and your order number so we can review the issue under our refund policy.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Local pickup and local delivery may be available for eligible orders in South and Central New Jersey. Availability, cost, and instructions depend on the order and location.
