Shipping policy
Pine Barrens Botanicals ships products throughout the United States where legally and practically permitted.
Carriers and delivery times
Most orders ship via USPS Ground, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days after leaving our facility. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, government restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat $8 per order. Orders over $70 ship free.
Processing and fulfillment
In-stock items are prepared for shipment as promptly as practical. Because many of our products are living plants, shipment may be delayed during severe heat, freezing temperatures, storms, or other conditions that could create an unreasonable risk to plant health during transit.
Preorders
Spring 2027 preorder products are anticipated to be fulfilled during Spring 2027. Exact fulfillment dates are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, plant readiness, growing conditions, availability, or destination. Full payment is collected when a preorder is placed.
Live plant shipments
Live plants are carefully packaged for shipment. Please inspect plants promptly after delivery. If a plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or in materially worse condition than reasonably expected from normal shipping stress, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the plant and packaging.
Agricultural restrictions
Plant shipping may be restricted to certain states or regions because of agricultural regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if shipment would violate applicable state or federal plant regulations.
Local pickup and delivery
Local pickup and delivery may be available for eligible orders in South and Central New Jersey. Availability, pricing, and instructions depend on the order and destination.
