Living plants naturally vary in size, shape, color, branching, dormancy, foliage, root development, and overall appearance.

We cannot guarantee long-term plant survival after delivery because site conditions and aftercare are outside our control.
Any live-arrival protection applies only to the condition of eligible plants when they arrive.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Live Arrival Policy.
Because live plants are perishable, different return rules apply to live plants than to ordinary non-perishable merchandise.
