These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of Pine Barrens Botanicals' website and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our posted Shipping, Refund, and Privacy policies.

$100 minimum order. Orders under $100 are not accepted. The minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal before shipping and taxes; you may mix species and quantities to reach it.

Business Identity

Pine Barrens Botanicals is a New Jersey plant and nursery business based in Browns Mills, New Jersey, serving customers online throughout the United States, with local pickup, delivery, and selected services centered in South and Central New Jersey.

Products and Plant Variation

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Living plants naturally vary in height, branching, root development, color, dormancy, and seasonal appearance. Unless a listing states otherwise, product photos are representative rather than the exact plant you will receive.

Orders and Payment

Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. Orders may be declined or canceled when inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, an address cannot be serviced, or fulfillment would conflict with applicable law or agricultural restrictions.

Preorders

Preorder fulfillment dates are estimates. Fall preorder products begin shipping in mid-October 2026, subject to weather, plant readiness, growing conditions, and destination. Full payment is collected when a preorder is placed. If healthy stock becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an approved replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the United States where legally and practically permitted. Shipping timing and methods vary by product, season, weather, destination, and applicable agricultural requirements. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for additional details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Live Arrival Policy. Living plants are not guaranteed against losses caused after delivery by planting conditions, watering, weather, wildlife, neglect, or other aftercare factors unless a specific product listing states otherwise.

Website Use

You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, interference with site operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or customer information.

Changes

We may update these terms and store policies as our products, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted on our website applies to new orders placed after the update.
